Hey everyone, my name is Andy and I have been studying Martial Arts since I was just 5 years old. Yes that means I have been at this for a long time and whilst I would love to say that I started in my journey due to being bullied or needing Martial Arts to protect myself, that was simply not the case. I was a child that literally could not focus, sit still or stop running on 100% day in and day out. But when it come to watching movies and TV I seemed to be able to become immersed in action and adventure,. So after watching one too many Cynthia Rothrock and Richard Norton movies in the 80's and my desire to become a Ninja Tutle, my Dad decided that maybe Karate was the step I needed to control me....... so many years later here I am and still absolutely love it. This has not been without it's share of bumps in the road but I am sure I'll tell you those another time.
