Your KRMA Journey
We never promise an instant or shortcut Black Belt. We deliver a clear, transparent pathway where every milestone represents genuine character and physical skill — developed at the student's own pace.
The structured pathway
A long-term journey from first class to Black Belt and beyond. Stages are milestones, not fixed timeframes — every student progresses when their skill is genuinely ready.

- Step 5Optional pathways into deeper study
Beyond Black Belt: Specialisation
A Black Belt is the beginning of true mastery, not the end. Students may branch into traditional karate, weapons, competition or coaching — each pathway is a genuine choice, not a requirement.
Milestone: Optional advanced pathways
Optional pathways after Black Belt
These are choices, not mandatory stages. Students are welcome to train purely for fitness, confidence and community — or to explore any of these pathways when the time is right.
Competition Squad
Represent KRMA nationally and internationally at WMAC and other recognised events. Open to students who want to test their skills — entirely optional.
Explore CompetitionInstructor & Leadership Pathway
A junior leadership programme that can evolve into recognised martial-arts coaching credentials — developing the next generation of KRMA coaches.
Meet the TeamSpecialist Kobudo (Weapons)
Japanese Katana sword, Bo staff, Kama and Nunchaku under certified master instruction. Studied by choice alongside core training — a specialist add-on, not a core programme.
